Human-in-the-Loop
When the Process Pod's confidence score drops below the configured threshold, it pauses and surfaces a review item — no autonomous action taken until a human approves.
Trigger
Confidence < threshold OR sensitive action detected (financial, medical, legal).
Review
Item surfaces in the HITL dashboard with full context, reasoning trace, and proposed action.
Resume
Approve, reject, or edit the action. The pod resumes from the exact checkpoint — no restart.
