When you interact with an AI agent on our platform, your conversation messages are transmitted to OpenAI's API for processing. OpenAI acts as a data processor on our behalf and is subject to OpenAI's data processing agreement and privacy policy. We do not permit OpenAI to use your conversation data to train its models under our API agreement. If you are a business deploying our AI agents to your end-users, you are responsible for informing those users that their conversations are processed by OpenAI.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our website and hold certain information. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We use session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain until deleted). You can control cookies through your browser settings or our cookie consent banner. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain parts of our website. Agent Conversation Data Retention
When you interact with our AI agents (including the Dilbar voice agent and other AI assistants on our platform), we may store a session memory file containing contextual information you provide during the conversation — such as your name, company, industry, and topics discussed. This data is used solely to personalize subsequent interactions within the same session context. Agent conversation memory files are automatically purged after 90 days of inactivity. You may request immediate deletion of your agent conversation data by contacting [email protected] with your session identifier or email address. Raw conversation transcripts are not stored on our servers; only structured memory fields extracted during the session are retained.
International Data Transfers
GetServices.ai is based in the United States. If you are accessing our services from outside the US, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our services, you consent to this transfer. For EU/EEA users, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers in compliance with GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Children's Privacy
