These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the GetServices.ai website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GetServices.ai, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Use of Services
You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations; to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising; to impersonate any person or entity; or to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our AI agents or platform to: (a) generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal content including content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights; (b) attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the underlying AI models or system prompts; (c) use AI agents to deceive end-users into believing they are speaking with a human without disclosure; (d) process or store protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA without a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with GetServices.ai; (e) engage in automated scraping, crawling, or data harvesting of our platform; (f) resell or sublicense access to our AI infrastructure without written authorization; or (g) use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable AI regulations, including the EU AI Act where applicable.
Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Credits and Payments
Our platform operates on a credit system. Free credits are provided at signup and may be used for platform features as described. Paid credit packs are available for purchase via Stripe. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Credits have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts. We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing and consumption rates with 30 days' notice. If you believe credits were deducted in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction.
AI Services Disclaimer
Our AI agents and automated services are provided for informational and operational assistance purposes only. AI-generated outputs — including but not limited to tax guidance, health information, legal summaries, scheduling recommendations, and business advice — do not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for qualified professional consultation. GetServices.ai makes no warranty that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You assume full responsibility for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Our AI agents that are marketed as 'HIPAA-ready' or 'SOC 2-ready' indicate architectural readiness; achieving compliance for your specific deployment requires your own assessment and, where applicable, a signed BAA with GetServices.ai.
Marketplace Services
GetServices.ai operates as a marketplace connecting businesses with AI service providers. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of services provided by marketplace experts. Contracts for services are between you and the service provider. We are not a party to those agreements.
Intellectual Property
The GetServices.ai website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GetServices.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. AI agents you configure and deploy using our platform remain subject to these Terms; you retain ownership of your custom system prompts and configuration data.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We expressly disclaim any warranty that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your use case.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetServices.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to GetServices.ai in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in Detroit, Michigan. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the 'Last Updated' date and, for material changes, by sending an email notification to registered users. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
